Our website security software collects IP addresses and regional data regarding people who have accessed our website. This information is only collected for the purpose of running the automated security software.

For this reason, we strongly request that you do not reveal any confidential information through our web form, for example giving any details of your invention or inventive concept. (2) If the information you submit via the contact form is spam, is threatening, or otherwise breaks the law, or you attempt to hack this website, we may share the information with law enforcement. (3) We may disclose the contents of the content form if compelled by subpoena or warrant by law enforcement or a court of law.

How long we retain your data

Information submitted via the contact form may be retained indefinitely.

What rights you have over your data

You can request that we erase any personal data we hold about you or submitted via a contact form be deleted from our records. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes or as discussed in the section “Who we share your data with.”
